A time of visitation for 68-year old David L. Kempf of Washington will be begin at noon Saturday (7/11) at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington with family receiving friends from 2 to 4 p.m. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. A general memorial fund has been established.
