Fun Days continue in Keota today through Sunday. Starting off today’s Keota Fun Days festivities at 8 am is the Annual Fun Run, followed by the Grand Parade kicking off at 11 am.

President of the Keota Community Club Lori Hammes looks at Saturday’s activities, “With the Grand Parade kicking off at 11, the new again this year is or brought back I should say, is the Rent an Eagle Auction. There will be kids auctioning off time to do a variety of things for people from cleaning to yard work and pretty much everything in between.” Hammes adds that proceeds from the auction will go toward the High School’s After Prom committee.

The museum will be open from noon to 2 pm. There is a bean bag tournament and free afternoon kids’ activities begin at 1 pm.

The KCII Big Red Radio will be live at the event Saturday morning from 7-11 as part of the KCII Big Red Radio Summer Town Tour.
