One Mid-Prairie soccer player received big honors for his play in the 2015 season. Senior Jordan Ulin was selected first team all state in Class 1A by the Iowa High School Soccer Coaches Association. He is one of only 15 in Class 1A with the honor.

Ulin was the Golden Hawks’ main scorer’ recording 10 goals. He scored at least two goals in four different matches. Ulin had the most shot attempts by the Golden Hawks with 87. He helped lead the team to an 8-7 record.

Mid-Prairie’s season came to a close in the first round of the postseason to the Solon Spartans, 3-0.
