Washington received 0.7 inches of rain Monday. According to the National Weather Service the first 16 days of June the normal total rainfall is 2.5 inches. At this time the month-to-date total rainfall is below normal with 1.71 inches observed.

In 1930, Washington had received nearly 13 inches of rain the first two weeks of June.
