The City of Kalona will be represented at the Iowa State Fair again this year. The Kalona Chamber has been active at the fair for nearly three decades, and has a booth where Kalona made products and baked goods are sold.
The chamber is now seeking volunteers who are chamber members to work the booth during the fair. Members can sign up for the 8:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. time slot, or the 1:15 to 6 p.m. time slot. Send an email to chamberinfo@kctc.net with the time you’re interested in, name of the person that will be working, the merchant they’re working for, and a contact phone number.
The state fair begins Thursday, August 13th and ends Sunday, August 23rd.
