Funeral service for 91 year old Cleo Baughman of Washington will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2015, at Powell Funeral Home in Keota. Burial will be at Giles Memory Gardens in Pulaski, Tennessee. Visitation will be from 2:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, at the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established for the family.
