A history of crime in Washington County, cake decorating and small business marketing are all focuses of upcoming continuing education courses at the Kirkwood Washington Regional Center. Tera Pickens, director of the center, explains the variety of classes are open to anyone in the county and they vary in cost. She adds there is financial assistance for the certification courses which include welding and certified nurses aid training.
