Washington County 4-H members participated in Share the Fun on Wednesday. Three acts advance to the Iowa State Fair including Hannah Van Roekel of Limecreek Limelights 4-H Club with a vocal and piano solo “Put Your Records On”. Makenzi Marek (Jackson Jets) and Kylen Anderson (Highlanders) will represent Washington County at the State Fair with their dance duet “Photograph”. Savannah Hall (Hustlers) and Gracyn Bean Humston (Highlanders) will also share their dance duet “If You Can’t Rock Me” at the State Fair in August.

The Judge’s Choice award sponsored by the Noon Kiwanis went to MaKenna Conrad and Abigail Kleese of the Washington Clovers for their “Cheerleader” dance.

Other participants included Jacee Stapp, Grace Hiller, Maddie O’Donnell, and Lily O’Donnell. Stapp was named as State Fair alternate.

Share the Fun is a great way for 4-H’ers to share their talents on stage and entertain an audience. For more information on this communication event, contact the Washington County Extension Office.
