The Pekin baseball team had two representatives on this year’s class 1A all-district team.

Pitcher Keaton Winn made first team all-district. The junior led the team with a 6-2 record and a microscopic ERA of just .65, while limiting opposition hitters to a batting average of just .067.

Senior Cole Reighard made second team all-district after helping to lead the Panthers to an 18-8 mark on the season. Reighard hit for a .333 average, with a .480 slugging percentage. The Pekin senior had a four hit game this season in leading the Panthers to a 13-5 win over Keota in district play.

The all-district team is selected by the Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association.
