Celebration of Life services for 53-year-old Phil E. Stout of Ainsworth, will be held at 10:30am Wednesday, August 19th, 2015, at Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington, with Pastor Jason Collier officiating. Calling hours will begin at noon on Tuesday, August 18th, 2015, at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 Tuesday evening.
