Washington County residents who wish to vote by mail must submit request forms by Friday. Voters can receive a ballot in the mail by completing and signing a request form that is returned to the auditor’s office no later than 5 p.m. Friday. People can also early vote in person at the Washington County Auditor’s office in the courthouse each day this week between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., and they will be open until 5 p.m. Friday.

So far, over 200 people have voted. Voters will elect new school board members, including who will be the local representative on the Kirkwood Board of Trustees. Ed Raber, one of the candidates for the position, explains it is similar to a school board for the community college. Lorraine Williams is also seeking the trustee position. KCII will bring you live results from the courthouse next Tuesday.
