Decades old clothing will be part of a fashion show in Washington tomorrow. The historic clothes will be on display at the Conger House with pieces from the 1800s to the 1950s. Dani Kane, with the historical society, explains local volunteers are modeling the clothes. The show will have a variety of articles of clothing including swimwear and sleepwear. Some of the clothing is on loan from the community theater and others are from the closets of local people.

She adds the group is looking for more local people interested in history to volunteer with events at the Conger House. Tomorrow’s fashion show begins at 1:30 p.m. and the Conger House is open the third Sunday of every month from 1 to 4 p.m.
