KCII’s Home Shopping Extravaganza starts Tuesday at 10 a.m. The discount shopping event is being held from 10 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on AM and FM KCII and online at KCIIRadio.com.

KCII general manager Joe Nichols explains listeners have a chance to purchase gift certificates and items from area businesses at a discounted price. Items available for purchase include staples like oil changes and gift certificates to area restaurants and there are also one of a kind items like an opal necklace, a snowblower and a new motorized scooter.

A full list of items and photos of some of the items can be found here. Nichols adds the event brings people into area businesses and it is a chance for listeners to try a new business or visit an old favorite at a discounted price.
