A candidate looking for the Republican presidential nomination is visiting Washington Monday. Governor of Louisiana Bobby Jindal will be continuing his campaign with a stop at the Washington Pizza Ranch. Jindal was elected to Congress in 2004 and was reelected in 2006, he was then elected governor in 2007.

According to the national average of Republican Presidential Nomination polling data, Jindal currently has less than half a percent, behind Rick Santorum.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the town hall starts at 6 p.m. He will also visit Haines Dairy Farm in Sigourney at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.
