Two Iowa authors are presenting a workshop tomorrow in Washington about hand writing letters. The Washington Public Library is hosting “Lasting Link Through Ink” from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday. The authors holding the program are Mary Potter Kenyon and Mary Jedlicka Humston. Debbie Stanton, director of the library, explains the authors had a strong relationship in part to their letters written to each other. The event is open to everyone and no registration is necessary.
