The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk volleyball team took to the road Thursday night in River Valley Conference play and fell to Camanche in five games.

The Indians took the win by scores of 25-21, 22-25, 20-25, 25-23, and 15-10. Mid-Prairie was led in the contest by Jaedynn Evans and her 17 kills, Jazmyne Jones added a dozen kills. Sami Miller dished out 34 assists on the night and the Golden Hawk defense was all over the floor led by Emily Cayton’s 20 digs. Evans finished with 18 digs, Amanda Miller 15 and Sami Miller 10. With the loss Mid-Prairie is now 6-7 overall and 1-3 in conference play. The Golden Hawks will next be in action when they travel to Durant Tuesday night.
