A man operating a riding mower in rural Washington County Wednesday was arrested for operating while intoxicated. According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, at 4:48 p.m. in the 3300 grid of 190th Street Columbus Junction, authorities conducted a field sobriety test on 57-year-old Kent Harrison of Columbus Junction who was operating the mower.

Harrison was arrested for operating while intoxicated – third and subsequent offense, driving under revocation, interference with official acts and assault on a peace officer.
