The Highland Huskies volleyball team made the trip to New London Saturday for tournament action. The Huskies opened play Saturday morning sweeping through Harmony in straight sets 21-7 and 21-6.

The Huskies suffered their only loss of the day match two, falling to host New London 25-12 and 25-13. Highland rebounded in their final two matches of the day sweeping the Winfield-Mt. Union Wolves 25-21 and 25-22 before topping West Burlington in three games 21-10, 10-21, and 15-7.

On Saturday Highland was led statistically by Jenna Dresselhaus with 18 kills and 28 assists. Kelsey Hora finished with 61 digs.

The Huskies are now 17-10 on the year and are back in conference action Tuesday when they travel to Columbus.
