Former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum made a stop at Keota High School yesterday as a result of a student request.

The students in Schuyler Snakenberg’s sociology class had invited Presidential candidates to visit as a class project and Santorum responded. The Republican presidential candidate visited students at the high school before holding a townhall meeting. Snakenberg says it was a great experience for his kids to get involved in the political process. Two of the three students involved in the project will be old enough to vote in the 2016 presidential election.
