The Iowa Mennonite School volleyball team traveled to Wapello Tuesday night for a conference match with the Arrows.

It was Wapello who came away with the win in a three game sweep by scores of 25-9, 27-25, and 25-16. IMS was led in the match by Jess Bender with eight kills and three blocks, Alijah Beatty had 14 assists and Natalie Graber added nine digs.

With the loss IMS is now 8-15 on the year, and 3-4 in Southeast Iowa Super Conference play. Iowa Mennonite is back home in conference action tonight for when they host the Columbus Wildcats for Senior Night. These two teams have already played twice this season with Iowa Mennonite sweeping the Wildcats in a two set game at the Highland tournament on September 5th, 21-9 and 21-18 while the Wildcats returned the favor in the conference tournament on September 24th, beating IMS in three games, 21-19, 9-21 and 15-13.
