The Keota Education Foundation is continuing its fundraising efforts to assist students and staff in the Keota schools. The foundation, which was originally established to provide scholarship money for graduating seniors, has expanded to also include fundraising for the school budget fund.

One of the ways the group raises funds is by their brick project. The group offers name plates on bricks for the brick wall located at the entrance to the high school gym. The organization is now offering name plates to a second wall, having completed the first. Bricks are $150 each and are tax deductible.

Keota Education Foundation board members in 2015 include President Linda Sieren and Vice President Maryann Bell.
