Those students in the Washington Community School District interested in being a part of this year’s bowling team are asked to come to a meeting tomorrow. Washington Bowling coach Sally Reighard welcomes anyone grades 9th through 12th grade to participate.

The Washington girls bowling team is looking to fill the shoes of two all-district bowlers from last season. Kaliey Martin made the girls’ All-District Second Team by finishing her high school bowling career with a two-game average of 309. Ivy Hamilton was chosen as an All-District honorable mention selection last season. Hamilton ended her high school bowling career with a two-game average score of 307.

Returning for the boys’ team is junior Colin Zear, an All-District Second Team performer in 2014. Zear finished the year with a two-game average of 378, and had six games where he scored over 200 points.

The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. tomorrow at Lebowski’s Rock n Bowl.
