Precipitation recorded and average temperature in 2015 in Washington were above normal. According to the National Weather Service, Washington received 42.38 inches of precipitation throughout the year, six inches above normal, but still 15 inches below the record high set in 2010.

Also, temperatures were slightly above normal throughout the year. Overall, the average temperature in 2015 was 50.1 degrees, above the normal 49.4 degrees.
