Funeral services for 98-year-old Armena Starr of Richland will be held Tuesday, December 15, 2015, at 12 P.M. at the Richland United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Richland Friends Cemetery. Visitation and lunch at the Church Fellowship Hall will begin at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday immediately preceding the service. Memorials to Keokuk County Hospice or to the Donor’s choice may be left at the church or mailed to the family at 30704 272nd Avenue, Ollie, Iowa 52576.
