A Republican candidate with less than three percent in national and Iowa polling data visited Washington Saturday. Carly Fiorina, former CEO of Hewlitt-Packard, spoke at the Washington Public Library. The focus of her message was based on her six-point plan. One point is to change the tax code by cutting it to three pages and replacing the Internal Revenue Service with something smaller. Another point on her plan is to defeat the Islamic State, ISIS, with a domestic plan and a strategy where they are located. She also wants to re-examine every visa program. Fiorina also wants to pass a zero-based budget for the federal government, repeal the Affordable Care Act, secure the nation’s borders and the final part of her blueprint is to stand for life and religious liberty.
