Former Speaker of the Iowa House and current Mayor of Cedar Rapids Ron Corbett is coming to Kalona to speak about launching his new conservative non-profit think tank, Engage Iowa. Corbett tells KCII News, he looks forward to speaking with the people of Kalona about issues and ways to help the state. Corbett will speak to the Kalona Rotary Club at their meeting from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday. The meeting will be hosted in the basement of CBI Bank and Trust.
