Democratic Congressman Dave Loebsack visited Keota high school yesterday. Loebsack, in his fifth term in the US Congress, spoke to social studies students at Keota High School and participated in a question and answer session. Loebsack spoke with about 15 students about rural school policy, entrepreneurship encouragement, and social programs such as the supplemental nutrition assistance program and unemployment. The school has had several politicians visit in the past few months with visits from Presidential candidates Rick Santorum, Martin O’Malley, and Hillary Clinton.
