The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk wrestling team wraps up their dual season tonight with a trip to Durant to battle the Wildcats and the Rebels of Northeast of Gooselake.

Mid-Prairie enters tonight’s event with an overall record of 11-8, the Hawks are 7-3 in conference duals. Mid-Prairie is coming off of a 1-3 weekend in the Center Point-Urbana dual tournament. In the latest rankings from thepredicament.com, the Golden Hawks have three wrestlers listed in the class 2A ratings. Duncan McCain is sixth in the state at 113lbs, Visouth Peterschmidt is seventh at 195lbs and Levi Duwa is sixth at 220lbs.

The Durant Wildcats enter the dual with an overall record of 0-17, the Wildcats are 0-11 in the RVC. In their last dual action Durant was swept by Camanche and Monticello by a combined 135-15 score on January 21st. Durant does not have any ranked wrestlers in their lineup.

The Rebels of Northeast of Gooselake enter the dual with an overall record of 5-9, the Rebels are 3-8 in the RVC. In their last action the Rebels split a River Valley Conference dual on January 21st, beating North Cedar and losing to West Liberty. Northeast does not have any ranked wrestlers in their starting lineup.

Action begins tonight at 6 p.m. at Durant High School.
