In December, Keota’s sociology class was able to achieve one of its goals. The goal was to have Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to speak in Keota and she spoke there on December 22nd. The project hasn’t stopped as the class made up of Kylea Tinnes, Megan Adam and Abby Schulte continues to push for more Presidential candidates to speak at their school. The class tells KCII News, they would like to have Bernie Sanders, Marco Rubio, Jeb Bush and John Kasich speak in Keota before the February 1st Iowa Caucus.
