Celebration of life services for 67 year old Vicki Lynn Bailey of Washington will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 30th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home. Calling hours begin at noon on Friday at the Jones Eden Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6:00 to 7:00 on Friday evening. Interment will be at the Valley Cemetery in rural Washington County. Memorials have been established for the American Cancer Society and Hospice of Washington County.
