The only two items on the Washington County Board of Supervisors’ agenda Tuesday were approved unanimously. The supervisors approved changes to the administrative staff pay scale. Auditor Dan Widmer explained there were slight modifications to the plan approved last year, such as naming the pay scales one, two, three and four. Widmer added elected officials have the discretion to hire someone and start them at a higher pay rate than the entry level based on their experience. The supervisors will still have the final acknowledgement over the pay rates of employees.

Also, the supervisors approved a native wine liquor license application for Wooden Wheel Vineyards.
