St. Patrick’s Day will be celebrated at the Washington Public Library Thursday with a special concert. Director of the library, Debbie Stanton, explains the Wollenbergs will be playing Celtic music, complete with a penny whistle. Stanton tells KCII News she’s had the chance to hear them play around town and says they’re “quite talented.” The noontime concert begins at about 12:15 and ends around 12:45 p.m., Stanton adds there’s usually time for a question and answer session. The concert is free and open to the public and is held on the second floor of the library.
