The Keota girls basketball team ended the 2015-16 season with a 1-21 overall record.

The Eagles were 1-16 in the South Iowa Cedar League. Keota scored their lone victory of the season on senior night when they took out North Mahaska 29-22. Addison Sprouse led the way in the win with 11 points. Keota struggled on the offensive end this season, finishing at the back of the conference, averaging 22 points per game, but were middle of the pack with 525 turnovers committed. The Keota defense finished eighth in the conference surrendering 44 points per game.

Individually, the Eagles were led by Raigan Sprouse and her six points per game. Courtney Hyman led Keota with 32 assists on the year. Grace Shemanski held the team lead for the Eagles with 75 rebounds. Keota ended their season in the first round of regionals, falling to the WACO Warriors 46-19 on Thursday, February 11th in Wayland.
