Brent Lewis Bixby

A Washington man was arrested following a traffic stop in downtown Washington Tuesday. Twenty-seven-year-old Brent Lewis Bixby was arrested after a traffic stop in the 100 block of East 3rd Street at 8:26 p.m. Bixby was charged with possession of a controlled substance – second offense, driving under suspension fifth offense, open container, no seat belt and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also wanted out of Linn County.
