Celebration of life services for Frederick H. Deaver, age 73, of West Chester, Iowa will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 9, 2016 at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington with Pastor Bob Spilger officiating. Calling hours will begin noon Friday, April 8, 2016 at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Interment will take place at the West Chester Cemetery at a later date.
