Celebration of life services for 73-year-old Joseph John Takes of Washington will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday (5/7) at the Wagon Wheel Bar and Grill in Washington. His body has been cremated. The Beatty Peterseim Funeral Home in Washington is handling arrangements.
