Two juveniles and one adult face charges after the Fairfield Police Department and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office used their K9 units to conduct a sweep of the Fairfield High School parking lot. The sweep was conducted at the request of the Fairfield School District. One juvenile was charged for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A second juvenile was charged for possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of tobacco by a Minor. Eighteen-year-old Mitchell Logan Burnstedt was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of alcohol under the legal age.
