With the start of May, Marr Park’s Conservation Education Center is switching its hours. The center will move to summer hours beginning Sunday, May 1st and will be in effect through Labor Day in September. The Conservation Education Center is open from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and on Sundays from 1 to 5 p.m.

Also, the Washington County Conservation Board is holding summer camps for students in 1st through 7th grades and registration is now open. The day camps at Marr Park will focus on nature with a variety of activities from hiking and fishing, to crafts and exploration. For registration information click here.
