The Mid-Prairie and Winfield-Mt. Union boys golf teams were on the course Tuesday in West Liberty for the West Liberty Invitational.

Solon won the event with their team score of 328. Top area finish came from Winfield-Mt. Union, the Wolves finished in fourth place with a team score of 345. Kaleb Hagge led WMU and was third overall with his 18 hole around of 77. Other scores for the Wolves included Kash Rossiter with an 83, Kolt Rossiter at 88, Daren Hunter with a 97, Graham Hagge with a 105 and BJ Rodgers at 112.

Mid-Prairie finished ninth out of 12 competing teams with an overall score of 363. Top finish for the Golden Hawks came from Zach Owens with an 86. Other scores for Mid-Prairie included Duncan McCain with an 87, Collin Gingerich at 91, Ryan Slaubaugh with a 99, Michael Callahan at 100 and Sam Bailey with a 101.
