Washington Rain Totals Below April Norms

The current U.S. Drought Monitor shows 15.6% of the Midwest as abnormally dry. Yellow shaded areas are considered abnormally dry and orange sections are experiencing moderate drought.

Washington received 0.65 inches of rain this week and has received less than an inch so far this April, below the normal.
