Description: Port Louisa National Wildlife Refuge is hosting a Bird Festival Saturday, May 7th from 7AM-noon. Watch and learn as the refuge biologist and trained volunteers use mist nets to capture song birds. The birds will be banded and released. This event is for the entire family.
