The Washington County Board of Supervisors approved a budget amendment at their meeting Tuesday. The amendment for the fiscal year 2015-2016 budget included adjustments for the Washington County Hospital and Clinics bond sales and the changes in the transportation budget due to the increased gas tax. Supervisor Jack Seward asked what this meant and deputy auditor Michelle Hymen answered the revenues and expenditures equal out. The total ending fund balance after the amendment is $5,070,889. The amendment was approved unanimously by the board.
