The Des Moines Metro Opera is visiting Wellman Elementary on Tuesday, April 19th. They will be presenting their children’s opera “Billy Goats Gruff”. The performance has a message that addresses the issue of bullying. The performance will be a half hour long and then the performers will answer questions from students and staff. The troop will also be conducting half hour workshops for third, fourth and fifth graders during the morning.
