The Mid-Prairie girls track team traveled to West Branch Thursday night for the River Valley Conference track championships.

The Golden Hawks finished in seventh place out of 13 teams with their total of 50 points. Cascade won the team conference title with 153 points. Golden Hawk sophomore Anna Hostetler scored two titles for the Golden Hawks on the night, winning the 3000m run with her time of 11:09.74 and taking the 1500m championship with a time of 5:02.19.

Other top finishes for Mid-Prairie included the distance medley team of Emily Cayton, Alex Rath, Greta Schmidt and Hostetler finishing third in 4:30.64, the 4×100 team of Ali Butters, Abby Tornow, Cayton and Rath finishing third with a time of 1:51.65, and the 4×200 team of Butters, Tornow, Rath and Cayton finishing third in 1:51.65.

The Golden Hawks are off until Thursday when they travel to Eddyville-Blakesburg for the state qualifying meet.
