Celebration of life services for 89 year old Phyllis Ann Hardy of Washington will be held at 10:30 a.m. today (5/31), at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Interment will be held at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials have been established for the United Presbyterian Church and Hospice of Washington County. The Jones Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
