Poultry to Return to Washington County Fair

The Washington County Fair is less than a month away and this year poultry exhibits will again be part of the event. Washington County 4-H and youth coordinator Amy Green said students are excited and are getting projects ready for the week-long July event. In total, 156 chicks were distributed for the standardized production broiler class. The chicks were hatched and delivered to students within a 24 hour time frame. The Washington County Fair is being held July 17-22nd.
