According to the National Weather Service, the average maximum temperature observed has been 83.6 degrees, about four degrees above normal. The overall average temperature was recorded at 71.2 degrees and it’s normally 68.2 degrees.

Regarding rainfall, Washington received just over an inch of rain in the first 13 days while 2.18 inches is normal.
