So far this June, Washington’s temperatures have been above normal. According to the National Weather Service, Washington’s average temperature for the first week of June is usually 67.1 degrees but so far it has been recorded at 69.3 degrees. Also, the average maximum temperature is about three degrees above the normal 78.4 degrees. The year-to-date average temperature observed so far in 2016 is 42.9 degrees, above the normal 40.4 degrees.
