Celebration of life services for 96 year old Elizabeth Ruth “Betty” Stephens of Washington will be held Tuesday (7/12) 11:30 a.m. at the Jones/Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Interment will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday morning at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County and the United Methodist Church.
