Celebration of Life Service for 91 year old Howard Ray Yoder, of Wellman will be at 10:30am Thursday, (7/14) at the West Union Mennonite Church in rural Parnell. Burial will be in the West Union Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2-8 PM tomorrow, (7/13)  at the West Union Mennonite Church. A memorial fund has been established for West Union Mennonite Church and Iowa Mennonite School. The Powell Funeral Home is caring for Howard and his family.
